In the event of a Kidnap, Hijack or Extortion incident, how will my policy respond?

Answer
By purchasing a policy to cover the risk of Kidnap or Piracy, you receive a 24-hour emergency number operated by your designated response company who will be available to assist you in resolving all aspects of the incident. 

The fees and expenses will be paid directly by Aspen APJ, with no limit to this cover.

After the resolution of the incident, depending on the insurance coverage purchased, Aspen APJ will promptly indemnify you with respect to payments made, including additional costs incurred during and after this process.

How can I arrange a quotation?

Please download and complete a quotation form (found in the ‘quotations’ section) and arrange for your insurance broker to send this to us.  Alternatively, if you email info@aspen-apj.com we can put you in contact with a broker in your area.

Aspen APJ is 100% reinsured by Aspen’s Syndicate 4711 at Lloyd’s of London.  This entity is rated A (excellent) by AM Best, A+ (Strong) S&Ps. Both entities are ultimately wholly owned subsidiaries of Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited.
